Calendar printing

Hopefully someone can help me.

I am working on a calendar for my grandparents and my grandmother has to be able to write on the calendar. Even though I am putting the important stuff on the calendar myself she still has other things I'm sure she will need to write on there.

So my question is, where is the best place to get it printed and what kind of paper? I'm going to use 2 snap rings or a ribbon to put the calendar together.

I was thinking Staples or Office Max but I'm not sure what kind of paper to print it on.

Thanks for any help!

I just did it on cardstock when I did it at the office supply store. That way they can write on it without weirdness. But I also had it printed at Artscow and they had great paper, too (it was not photo paper). Most of the photo printing places will begin to do coupons for calendars soon, prebound, so you don't even have to do that part if you don't want.
