Now THIS will make me wanna do hybrid :)

OMG I agree about Kaisercraft, Corey! The Beyond the Page line is amazing! I used to want to do cards for hybrid, but after doing a couple of the Kaisercraft projects, I've really got to be into doing home decor type stuff.

Here's some of my projects with Kaisercraft stuff:
Hanging Flourish Frames

Scrapbook Organizer

I keep hoping that my local scrapbook store would stock more of the beyond the page stuff as they're so much fun! Here's some I'm hoping to get my hands on:

Note board
Bird house

I've been in love with Kaiser for over a year. LOVE their stuff :) It's hard to find it at reasonable prices, I might actually have to place a small order. Thanks for sharing Corey :)

the bird house is adorable! at my hobby lobby they have some small mdf and chipboard bird houses and houses. they're really cheap and i think it'd be cute to have a couple sitting around. (i noticed yours in your gallery, Col.very cute!) i might have to stop by there today and get a couple. i wish my lss carried Kaisercraft. we have hobby lobby and a joannes but i can never find chipboard albums and things there. i have to order them online. i know there is a Michaels in Carmel, about 40 minutes away it think (almost to Indy). i plan on making trip there because so many people say they find their hybrid stuff there.

We have Kaisercraft everywhere here in Aus & I love it! I have one of those cute little bird houses already, just waiting for me to jazz it up. This could become my first hybrid project!

Corey, Thank you so much for sharing these links....I had never heard of Kaisercraft before your post and after checking out the links you shared, it makes me want to try something hybrid!

Jill, I LOVE your scrapbook organizer and your hanging flourish frame....Gosh, is there anything you can't do? LOL:thumbup:

LOL - it's funny to hear you guys say that you find it hard to get over there (and expensive), because it's EVERYWHERE here and cheap as chips too - LOL! We have the same problem with getting all the awesome American goodies :p

I got that little train set for under AUD$10 - which I think is about US$7-8 or something... And the cupcake album for about AUD$6 (US$4-5). It's good value ;)

Gee, thanks for rubbing it in Zoe! :p
I'd ask you to buy stuff for me and ship it, but I bet after the postage over here it'd work out to be the same, lol!

Haha, yeah... When we were getting the Maya Road stuff, it was cheaper than buying it over here, but it cost the same amount to ship it here as the actual stuff cost - LOL! Try Australian E-Bay... (ebay.com.au) - Some peoples offer pretty cheap shipping (and you'd get it at Aust prices which is cheap with the exchange rates). ;)

Most of their average sized albums are around AUD$5-6, and most of their other stuff is under AUD$10-15 (I've had my eye on that birdhouse, I'm not sure how much that is, but usually it's surprisingly cheap).

Heehee, thanks Sheila! You should really try hybrid with this! It's not so scary, especially if you're just doing small projects :)

Jill, I just got my new (to me) computer from my Dad hooked up last evening and as soon as I am able to get to Staples to purchase a "Crossover Cable" I can hook up my old computer to transfer my Scrapbook stuff and burn it all to CD....The burner on my old pc did not work and I do not want to make the same mistake of storing it all on the harddrive this time.... Then I can try something hybrid....:)
