Looking for bow template

I hope this question is okay! I'm looking for a template to make a christmas bow using some of Zoe's papers for my Christmas presents this year. Something like this one....

I KNOW I saw a hybrid bow on a blog recently, but now I can't find it! Please PM me if you know of one
