Mini Tin Mailboxes are back...

Saw them at the Dollar Spot at Target... they had pink, white, and red.:thumbup: Perfect for the hybrid Valentine's mailboxes like everyone was doing last year!
 
i still have three of them left from last year. someone should make a template and sell it in the store. -nudges designers-
 
I still have the three (two pink & a silver) I bought last year too! I was thinking that Melissa at one time did have a QP set that was made for the mailboxes, but I could be wrong.
 
Someone did have a set - I even bought it - and still didn't get them made :cursing: maybe if I start now!

They are little metal mailboxes that are an easy hybrid project, here is one I made a few years ago with digi papers that I printed and some ribbon (sorry I don't have any photos of it plain).

OMG!Those are soooo cute, never seen them before! Ugh, and I am sure, they won't be available here in Australia :( And if they are, they will be double the price:cursing:
 
I have a bunch from last year as well LOL. Maybe if I start making them now I can have them done for V-Day for the kiddos LOL
 
Thanks Sharon, but that is exactly what I mean: They cost three times more than in the US:blink::thumbdown:
 
Ours was down to only 3, and only one of those had all 3 pieces! So I grabbed it, even though I already had at least 3 at home :eek:
 
I went to my Target today and they didn't have any out :( I didn't even see an empty spot where they should be. Grrr!
 
If they were in the dollar spot, how much did you pay for them... $1? I went online to see what Target had listed and they have the gift card holder type but those were $14.99. I just may need to stop by Target and if I see some and they are cheapo, then I'll grab more than one. I'll let ya know. I know around here they won't be gone (well at least I hope so).. I will call to make sure so I don't waste a 30-45 minute drive.

Yep they are just $1 each and should be in the $1 Spot, they usually have two or three different colors which vary year to year. I would definitely call beforehand because they always go super fast around here!
 
Heather, I love your new template - just what I needed. I love making these and have one in my gallery with Libby's Love Shack (made traditional way). Can't wait to make alot more of these with your digi template.

Also, right after Valentines, Target will reduce these to $.50 :)
 
Sorry Nathalie, I thought you were kidding. Is shipping from the US to you expensive? I'm happy to look at my Targets in the next day or 2 and see what I can find? PM me if you want. K
