Need help

I can't open digital scrapbook kits after I download them. Something to do with .png file or zip.?

When I try and open it a message says that the file cannot be open in windows
photo gallery. It also will not open in my Adobe Photo shop. Does anyone know
what I can do to fix this. I tried updating Windows photo gallery but couldn't figure that out either.

Any other digital scrapbooking help / advise would be great.

Ashley you need to unzip the folder before you can use your kit. Find your downloaded kit on your hard drive and right click on the folder you should get a list that includes either an 'unzip' command or an 'extract files' command, then you can unzip and save the files to wherever you want them.
 
You also might need to find a good unzipping program, like WinZip or WinRar. Those are the only two I am familiar with, but I'm pretty sure there are others out there, too. Once you have that, you can unzip your files!

what version of windows are you using? Vista? Try just using Windows Explorer. there should be something about Extract Files.
