PLS HELP -- Hobbit Kits

So we have this cool house in Spokane called the Hobbit House, and when we visited, I took a ton of photos. Now I am looking for kits... I want something in the "Lord of the Rings" vibe -- any ideas??

I really love Kristin Cronin-Barrow's nature-inspired kits and you could pull together a very greenery-heavy look that way.

That being said, I hope a designer sees this and decides to make a Hobbit/LOTR kit but I think embracing the theme would be so so so magical. I know I would buy it.

(If we are ever in a position to build our own home, my husband and I want to build a sort of Hobbit hole that we would call Underhill Manor. We can't go underground here at 6 ft above the water table but we could totally have a living roof with a ladder to get up, a porch swing, and a little concrete pad to put my tripod on for stargazing.)

We have the literal Hobbiton here in NZ. I find the photos pretty much speak for themselves, and just used nature kits to compliment the photos:









Around the World: New Zealand does have a little hobbit hole element and wordstrips, but only a few pieces. I used it for this layout:

So fun! I've lived here for 14 years & had no clue about the hobbit house! When I searched- it looks like they do fun stuff for halloween- so maybe we'll try to find it sometime this month!
