Sooo I 100% meant to take photos of this project and post it as a tutorial. Then I got so excited I just went with and totally forgot to take the photos.
But. EASY!
1) Purchase frame for $1 at Michael's (or I'm sure Joann's or ACMoore or Hobby Lobby etc).
2) Paint with paint color of your choice.
3) Print out embellishments from kit of your choice.
4) Glue said embellishments to frame once paint is dry.
5) Stand back and admire the cuteness!!
