I know they're cheap and give away a ton of free stuff, but I found them so frustrating to deal with that I just can't be bothered.

I couldn't even get to the point of making a book, because their software didn't wouldn't work with my pre-Intel Mac. No matter how many times I asked questions about it and tried to find out if I was missing something, or if there was an alternative, they just kept replying with a link to the same software. They clearly never actually read what I wrote.

When I asked a question about what time zone the freebies expiration was set to, I got a super snippy response. They re-added some free stuff to my account, which was nice of them, but I wasn't asking for that. I just wanted to know so I was prepared before the rest of my free stuff expired, and I asked the question very politely. Again, it was clear they never read what I actually wrote.

I really think they should focus less on giving out ludicrous amounts of free stuff, and more on quality control, fine-tuning their online presence and customer service. They're obviously trying to take a huge chunk of the market simply by flooding the market with their freebies, but I could honestly care less how much free stuff they throw at me. I'll pay more and get decent service and a better quality product elsewhere. Oops, I ranted... yep, they pissed me off LOL.
